1. Site Survey

Before beginning your project, contact us or call into our showroom to arrange a no obligation site survey.

During this site survey, our team of expert designers will take a visit to evaluate your project. We’ll find out exactly what you’re looking for, and how we can implement your vision.

2. Design and Choices

Following your site survey, our expert design team will create a computer-aided design (CAD) to help bring your project to life.

This personalised CAD will act as inspiration for the final design, including both designs based on what we think you will like, and what would work best for your space.

By either visiting our showroom, or visiting our suppliers online, you will be able to customise the products you want before agreeing the final design choices.

3. Quotation

After your site survey and your finalised list of design choices, our experts will then put together a detailed quotation which will list each item and a summary of the works to be carried out to achieve your vision.

These are done so that you are never hit with surprise costs throughout the project

4. Confirm Payment Options

We have two main payments for you to choose from.

With help from our finance partners, we’ll be able to arrange a payment schedule that works for you. Or, if you prefer, you can pay us directly.

We will then ask that you secure your project with a 40% deposit, or alternatively, a finance agreement.

5. Confirm Project Timelines

When the deposit is secured, we will then collaborate with you to establish and agree on a timeframe of completion.

This is to ensure that you get your project finished on a schedule that suits your needs.

We will just ask that you confirm a suitable start date so that we can get to work on creating the space of your dreams.

6. Enjoy

Finally, you’ll be able to sit back and relax and enjoy your new bathroom or kitchen that was designed entirely by you.
